General Information

    Access to tea room and farm products for sale is free
    This is a working farm, all children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
    Please be aware of all notices regarding your safety and washing your hands.
    No smoking on the farm
    Well behaved dogs are welcome but not in the tea room and should be kept on a lead
    The majority of the farm yard is accessible by wheelchair and pushchairs. Please contact us prior to your visit with any particular requests.
    Bring your club, friends or society to Old Hall Farm. We offer and organise planned tours of the farm incorporating some seasonal demonstration of part of our work. We offer pre booked bespoke catering arrangements whether you want full English afternoon tea ,high tea or lunch or just a drink and a piece of homemade cake.

A Typical Tour at Old Hall Farm

    A guided tour around the farm explaining what we do and still have to do…
    Talk in our chicken shed tea rooms of how we got the farm to where it is and plans for the future.
    Introductions to our animals, including Gloucester Old Spot Pigs 19hh and shire horses.
    Demonstration of corn grinding using vintage machinery.
    Assisting in hand milking our jersey cows, a demonstration of butter making and some hands on experience.
    Finally, afternoon tea in Old Hall Farm’s chicken shed tea rooms.
