At Barleylands we believe we are experts in our field at teaching people of all ages about farming, the countryside and traditional crafts.
We aim to inspire children about how the food they eat is produced and help them get passionate about cooking and eating a healthy balanced diet. Cooking is a life skill and at Barleylands, children have to opportunity to prepare and cook and snack from scratch using fresh locally produced ingredients.
In this section you can find out more about school visits to Barleylands and details about classes and workshops that are being held around the Craft Village.
