Baytree Owl Centre

One of the largest and most varied selections of owls and birds of prey you will ever see, combined with a large  indoor flying arena, the Baytree Owl centre  provides a unique  interactive experience for all ages.

Over 100 birds of prey are on  display, some in  breeding pairs, some just resting between flights in the  arena. Some birds can be handled (under the supervision of the resident falconer). Around the centre you will find tropical owls in the "Hot House" and look out for the very rare Mexican Striped Owls and "Kelley" our fabulous Secretary Bird, standing four feet tall, and often rather vocal. Round off your visit with a leisurely walk around the gift shop, owl gifts to suit young and old and every pocket.

There is also a full range of falconry equipment, including jessies and anklets that can be fitted to your own bird. We also run falconry courses, and can arrange private tours (out of hours) and special programmes for schools and groups.
