The beautiful cathedral gardens now play host to one of the most amazing aerial displays imaginable.
This family attraction offers you the chance to see some of the most spectacular birds of prey, right up close, right here in Chester city centre.
Come meet our reptiles who visit our centre on certain dates over the school holidays and various weekends throughout the year! We now also call our gardens home to our small flock of Jacob sheep who roam free across the Deans field. Owls, falcons, hawks and one incredibly mischievous Vulture called Tinker, it’s well worth a visit. Falconers Tommy McNally and Sophie Pegg are always on hand to talk about any aspect of the birds and their habitat and we are open 7 days a week. There are light refreshments onhand and plenty to keep the little ones entertained! There are daily flying displays and the entrance fee entitles you to explore the falconry centre and nature gardens, visit the birds of prey and watch the displays. You can even leave the centre to explore Chester, and return for more outdoor action later the same day. Reptile shows over Easter weekend will take place every day from Friday 25 March through Monday 28 March.
