Dartington Crystal Glass

Dartington Crystal Glass is a great place to take the kids to experience something a little different, with the chance to see award winning craftsmen at work, and even have a go yourself!

When you enter the Factory Experience, you can watch from an elevated platform as hot molten crystal is transformed in to elegant shapes, using an art that’s 3,000 years old! Discover the history of Dartington Crystal in the Audiovisual Theatre, then follow a timeline from 1967 to present day, and see how the first pieces of glass were made in the museum section.
