You will discover all about the fascinating world of baby and juvenile dinosaurs. You will see life-sized models, plus fossils and hands-on activities. Groovy Grandparents

Are you a "Groovy Grandparent?!" Here at Deep Sea World, we have introduced a new ticket for Grandparents, so Grandparents can bring their grandchildren on a day out to Deep Sea World and obtain a discount on normal entry prices. The Groovy Grandparent ticket consists of 2 concession tickets + 2 child tickets (3-15 years) and is priced at £26.50. You can book this ticket online, or buy on the day of your visit at our reception.

Seals:

Two harbour seal pups have arrived at Deep Sea World after being rescued from the east coast of Scotland. The pups were initially taken to the Scottish SPCA Middlebank Welfare Centre before coming to us.

Peugeot and Morris were found abandoned, severely malnourished and in need of rehabilitation. Their stay at Deep Sea World will help them to regain their weight and health before being returned to the wild.

Shark Awareness Course

Deep Sea World has just launched a shark course. The Shark Awareness course is for qualified divers, designed to advance their knowledge and understanding of sharks and how to dive safely with them. The full day course includes lunch and consists of lectures on shark biology and conservation to sharks in the UK and how to dive safely with them. The course concludes with a dive in our shark tank, amongst one of Europe's largest collections of sand tiger sharks. For more information click here or call our bookings team on 01383 411880.

Deep Sea World invites you to take the plunge and dive to the new exciting depths our Education Product has reached for 2015! With a whole new set of classes from Pre-school to Secondary there is something to inspire every growing mind. Each class is based on the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence and includes interactive demonstrations, games and even getting some close encounters with our creatures to help learn more about the marine environment and all the creatures that call it home.
