The ruins of a church built within the earthworks of a Norman motte and bailey castle. BEFORE YOU GO Parking: Parking is available in the small area used by the parish church. Groups and Schools: The site is approached via a narrow lane which is unsuitable for coaches. Facilities: Edvin Loach is isolated with no nearby facilities. Dogs: Dogs on leads are welcome PLAN A GREAT DAY OUT Just over 10 miles to the north east you'll find the dramatic ruins of Witley Court with its beautiful gardens and woodland. The independent tearoom next door serves delicious light lunches and cakes. The magnificent medieval carpentry of Leigh Court Barn is also nearby.
