We pride ourselves on top quality customer service. Our equipment is cleaned between hires and our stock is only purchased from the top quality bouncy castle manufacturers in the UK and often rotating so you'll always find something new and exciting in our fleet.
We understand how important your child's big day is which is why we only offer top quality equipment designed for the most amount of fun.
All of our inflatables are PIPA tested and in regulation with EN14960.
We hold a £5 million public liability insurance policy and all our electrical equipment is pat tested.
Our experienced and friendly staff will be uniformed so you will be able to spot them on set up. Safety crash mats are supplied as standard. They will give full advice on how to safely manage your castle when dropping it off. You'll also be given a safety book for you to refer to for the duration of your booking and outdoor bookings will receive a wind anemometer.
