Grosvenor Museum

Grosvenor Museum covers a diverse selection of topics from habitats to transport, portraits to vicious Vikings.

You can explore how these different subjects link with Cheshire and the surrounding area.

There are two Roman galleries, one tells the story of Chester’s fortress and legions with displays about the army, building and every day life. Check out the coins, pottery and other everyday objects. The other holds an important collection of impressive Roman tombstones.

Admission:

Free to visit but donations welcome (£3 per Adult is suggested).
