Alex is 24 and lives, breathes and sleeps horses! Having been around them all her life, she couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Alex plays a key role in running the family stable/training yard at Hallingbury Hall and is involved in all aspects of the yard: caring for the horses, teaching customers, training staff and creating a happy environment for everyone. Alex teaches a wide variety of pupils, from children to adults, from beginners to advanced levels and always strives to help them achieve their goals. As a highly accomplished dressage rider, Alex has won nine international titles and two national titles. She is a member of the World Class Development programme that identifies talented individuals and prepares them to perform on the Olympic stage. In 2012, Alex won the prestigious title of British Dressage Young Professional of the Year. In 2015 Alex and Donauwein were ranked eighth in the FEI world rankings for Under 25 Grand Prix riders.
