Harrold-Odell Country Park is an area of North Bedfordshire's beautiful
countryside waiting for you to explore. Set in 144 acres, the Park's
main features are two picturesque lakes. These along with river meadows,
woodland and the tranquil banks of the Great Ouse river, provide a
variety of habitats and make for a great day out. The Park is open 365 days a year! The main route around the park (the red route) is accessible in all weathers although other areas, including the Nature Reserve and the River walk (the green route), can get wet and muddy. The Park is always busy during Bank Holidays and at weekends, especially on Sundays, but is quieter during the week. During busy times, an overflow car park is opened, but please pay careful attention to the closing time for this car park as it varies according to the time of year. Usually the closing time of the overflow car park is 4pm (previously this was 5pm). |
