Welcome to Nidderdale Llamas, quite the ‘alternative’ day out! We offer a totally unique ‘personal’ experience for all ages and abilities. Nidderdale Llamas are very friendly, well handled and love meeting people and no they won’t spit at you!!!! They each have ‘Big’ personalities and make brilliant walking companions! Being so soft and gentle to touch, some may even talk to you, we guarantee you will be en- captured and certainly won’t want to leave your new best friend behind!! Llama Trekking involves leading your llama out amidst the beautiful Nidderdale Countryside, whilst he carries your gear and speciality picnic all provided by us! You can not ‘ride’ a llama! It’s quite the alternative to pony trekking, but even more fun and very relaxing. We also have other animal residents on the farm such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, snakes, pony, horse, goats and donkeys all waiting to greet you, they love children’s parties as they enjoy being petted and groomed!
