If I have to be totally honest, I never looked at archery as a sport. As far as I was concerned, I used to believe, it was more of an American sport used for hunting. HOW WRONG I WAS!! Having been involved with archery for some time, I remember from the moment I picked up a bow and arrow, I fell in love with the sport. Its a gentle sport that is easy for anyone to learn - its very addictive, rewarding and pretty cool. Just put a bow and arrow in a child's hands and watch the smile! That same reaction doesn't stop with children, everyone that comes here has that same smile. As an archery range, you would be hard pushed to find better. * Apollo archery has two field ranges and an outdoor target range. Our instructors are ArcheryGB instructorsand are available at all times to assist and help you improve. If you are new to the sport, and unsure what something means, please call us - don't worry, we were all there once! The difference between Target and Field is; Target Archery is done on an open field where you stand in one spot and shoot at targets placed at various distances.
