Paultons Theme Park - Way Too Much Fun For One Day! Paultons Theme Park in Hampshire offers a great family day out with over 50 different attractions included in the entry price. Set around the beautiful Paultons Gardens, the park lies on the edge of the new forest and is not far from Southampton. There is a great variety of things to see and do, including: Scenic gardens. Plenty of rides and adventure play areas for younger children. Three great roller coasters, including The Cobra, which was new for 2006! Animal attractions - a huge variety of exotic birds! Go Kart track. And much much more! Paultons Theme Park is set around the beautiful Paultons Gardens, which were originally laid out by Capability Brown during the 18th Century. At first the park was part of the 3000 acre Paultons Estate and a history of the site can be seen in the Village Life Museum. Most of the rides at Paultons Theme Park will suit everybody, with plenty for younger children to do! While The Cobra is the park's number one thrill ride it also does not have a very high minimum height restriction, which is the same for many of the other thrill rides in the park. You will find that many of the main rides have a smaller version located just nearby - check out Seal Falls near the Raging River Ride, or Jumping Jack nearby the to Jumping Bean.
