You will see many of the features which have made Polperro so famous. All accurately reduced to scale, which enables you to appreciate this giant fishing village, "in a nut shell". There is also a fascinating commentary about the history of Polperro, and the floods which the village has withstood. The Model Railway This 00 gauge model is 44 feet long, and 8 feet wide, with various trains moving at all times. It incorporates village life, farms, a river, a station and depot, and lots more. There is also a separate model for the children to enjoy. A visit to this very impressive attraction is a must, and may inspire you to create your own model railway.
