Redwings Horse Sanctuary - Mountains Visitor Centre

Redwings Mountains opened in March 2016 after merging with Mountains Animal Sanctuary. Set in 220 acres of beautiful paddocks and woodland, the centre provides a place of sanctuary to 90 horses, ponies and donkeys as well as bountiful wildlife including red squirrels and mountain birds.

Redwings Mountains has reopened on a limited basis. Supporters can book private visits on Mondays and Fridays. To enquire about a visit to Redwings Mountains, please email mountains.vc@redwings.co.uk.

Please note that due to the storm damage the site received at the end of 2021 our main site remains closed until further notice.

Entry and parking are free but donations of all sizes can really support the charity’s work if you would like to make one. Dogs on leads are welcome.
