| Nature of Enquiry | Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing to you to enquire if you would like to or be able to contribute to our event.
We are a group of art student and are hosting a public exhibition on the 17th-21st of June at Castle College campus on Beeston, Nottingham.
On the opening night of the 17th it is estimates that there will be about 300 people at the event.
There will be a bar and food. We were wanting to also offer a raffle.
If you could provide us with any products or vouchers it would be much appreciated and in return we will display your logo and menus or any other ideas for advertising feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to discuss them.
