| Nature of Enquiry | Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing in regards to a Charity Event that I am organising on 29th October 2010. This event is to include Live Music, Raffle/auction and a memory board for photos of loved ones who have lost their battle against cancer. This event has already sold out and promises to be a spectacular evening with a total of 300 people attending.
I was hoping you may be able to help by donating something that could be raffled or auctioned on the night such as free play pass or maybe even a childs party for a set number of guests. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
