Nature of EnquiryMy friends and i visited snappy's today. The service that was provided was extremely poor due to lack of staff (or so i was told). It was extremely dangerous with children climbing up the slides and sides of the play area. Children were jumping off the playhouse in the toddler corner etc. It was so bad that my toddler wasn't able to play. I complained about the safety of my children due to others ( along with a number of other parents) and was told your staff were not responsible for children, at no point did they speak to the parents and as the tanoy was broken were not able to do anything. I am sure that although it is the parents responsibility to care for their child that you would also be accountable if their was an accident. We all ordered food which came to us with either the wrong items or stone cold, or in some cases part of the order was not received. I asked to speak to the suppervisor and was told she was busy cooking and was not in a good mood. She then went for lunch without even talking to us. Between us we spent £90 today and it is a shame for you to be loosing customers through bad publicity. I hope that in the future the problems could be rectorfied and would also like some compensation for myself and my friends.
