I am writing to ask whether you may be able to donate a prize/s, such as a Family Pass, for our School's Farmyard Summer Fair, which is being held on Saturday 11 June 2011.
Our Fair this year is Farmyard themed and the fair raises much needed funds for our school and we would be grateful for any support you can give us.
This would be some great publicity for your park as we will be including the names of prize donors on our tabletop auction/raffle information.
