| Nature of Enquiry | My visit today was not a happy one, the service was slow and after what seemed a long wait the meal arrived it was on a cold plate and after tasting the food it was not as hot as i had expected, i complained to the waitress who then sent the duty manager to see me on table 33, he offered to get another meal but i refused ,because the first one had taken that long ,a second one would have delayed our party of 26 longer still. Yes it was quite busy, but i would have thought that more staff was required on a sunday lunch time.
I did fill out the questionaire and handed it to a member of staff.
