The food that was served to the children the staff wouldnt even eat it.
The last party we had there made us go back this time and we kept recomending the rock, but what the children was served today was unedible, it took a 3 year old to raise the issue the food was hard and stale. The staff went and got some so called fresh sandwiches for us. This raises the point, that why wasn't we served fresh ones to begin with?????
After raising these issues a member of staff said that the children could have a complimentary balloon to apologise for this. This wasn't really satisfactory,and after much complaining we had the food reduced off the bill. My 5 year old is extremely disapointed with her party. I would like a reply to this complaint. |
