| Nature of Enquiry | Every year, the West of England MS Therapy Centre holds a children’s disco, Groovy Babies, which is always hugely popular among children and young parents in the area.
Last year, this disco had over 500 people attending, and we are hoping for just as many, if not more this year. The event will be held on the afternoon of Saturday 3rd December in Oceana in Bristol. We convert the venue into a baby-proof disco, which includes a buggy parking area and converting the toilets into baby changing facilities.
The disco is aimed at Under 7s, and is very popular among pre-school children, giving them the chance to dance the afternoon away on a light up dance floor to a mix of the latest floor fillers and timeless classics.
As part of the afternoon, we have a number of exhibition stands available, and I was wondering if you would be interested in making use of this opportunity. Each of these stands costs £50, and gives you the chance to advertise the play bus to everyone who attends the disco.
We also have a chance for you to become the headline sponsor for the event, this costs £250, and ensures your logo on all publicity and name mentioned in the PR, as well as your logo displayed around the venue. We will also give you a free exhibition stand at the event.
