| Nature of Enquiry | Several weeks ago me and my husband brought our son to the Warrington Theme park for his birthday along with some friends. We ate lunch at Gully's Circus Grill. The organisation was terrible and many people were complaining. The service was so poor, peoples orders were wrong and I waited approximately 30 minutes just to be served (with only a few people in front of me). I visited this theme park earlier on in the year and it has not changed atall. The food was not edible either! I think that this is terrible for the prices that you charge in there (not to mention the extra charge for children to have a fruit shoot with their meal)
This is meant to be a quick service food area. I would expect a wait in a table service restaurant, not a quick service food court.
