Nature of EnquiryWe visited your phantom winger m6972. On Saturday 17th of March, for mothers say as my mother lives in Preston and I myself live in Blackpool. 3 adults and 2 children in our party total, our server was Lauren after our lunch and desserts I went to pay our bill stated on your menu mums get a free dessert with any main meal. The server and your deputy manager did not seem to know what they were doing they couldn't find how to take the two free desserts off bill. I was asked to pay a tab of £50.58 firstly, I entered my bank debit card in your machine and entered my pin, then your server said that was wrong amount desserts hadn't been deducted so she cancelled and entered a new amount of £44.60. Table 18. In fact both amounts have been taken from my account I'm told by my bank it will take 5 days to get my money due to your staff's fault, I'm a single parent whom needs that money. Would like to know what you plan to do about this matter as I'm very unhappy.
