Nature of EnquiryAfter visiting Pentre Gwilym today I don't think I will ever be returning. We were advised that there was a long wait on food due to lack of staff, which was exceptable. I would have thought after waiting over an hour that the quality of food would be good but, it was horrible. The chips were cold. No eggs with the steak.The steak was over cooked and we couldn't have even got a remake as they had run out of steaks by this point. No salad with burgers. They had run out of tomato sauce and mayo too. No one checked if the food was ok and all the staff were walking around like they didn't even want to be there. The dessert didnt arrive so i asked how long and was told they were being made. After 35 minutes I asked again, to be told someone will be making them soon. After another 5 minutes a young girl came to our table and asked what dessert it was and in the end the wrong one came out. We couldn't complain as we had already waited 2 hours in total and couldn't have waited for mains or desserts to be remade. All I can say thank goodness you have a play area to keep the children happy. In total I spent £35.00. I would like a refund for this amount and for someone to contact me. Thank you Kelly Johncock
