Nature of Enquiry | It is now 9.22am and I have been on hold for 13 minutes this time, not to mention the ten minutes I was on hold at 8.30am before being cut off. I have been at queue position 4 for god only knows how long and I think your customer services is disgusting. How can you leave a customer on hold for 20 minutes and counting and then cut them off. I have never been to your soft play before but I can assume you I will not be recommending you. |
