| Nature of Enquiry | My family and I have just been to the soft play centre at the cherry orchard/fuzzy ed's and I can only describe the experience as horrendous. The play area was freezing cold all the adults had to wear their coats, it was that cold that the food we ordered went cold almost immediately. The whole experience was unpleasant. I have been on numerous occasions before and have always enjoyed it, however I will think twice before returning and will be cautious about recommending it.
