I am a Manager of a local Day Centre providing care for elderly individuals who have been diagnosed with Dementia. The Day Centre is attached to a nursing home and most of the patients in the home have Dementia.
At the Day Centre we provide activities which stimulates people who have Dementia, this includes painting simple pictures, making simple crafts, indoor and outdoor games etc.
We are having a summer fete on 27th July 2013; all money that is raised will go directly to enhance the lives of our clients.
We would be most grateful if you kindly donate a voucher for your wonderful restaurant, the voucher will be used as a main raffle prize, or tickets for the wacky warehouse woluld be ideal for our childrens raffle.
I understand that everyone is feeling the crunch with finances, but the only people that would benefit from your generosity is the clients we provide care for. Anything that you can donate will be much appreciated. On the day of the fete, Radio Warrington will be hosting the event and the local newspaper will be involved. Any donations received from your Company will certainly be mentioned. I am willing to put out some of your flyers which will in turn promote your company, as we are expecting a big turnout.
