Nature of EnquiryHi, I am making preliminary enquiries in to hiring a venue for a very special event we are holding, on either Saturday 15th March or Saturday 22nd March. BAAF organise and facilitate Adoption Activity Days for local authorities. This is a unique and innovative project, which brings together children waiting to be placed and adoptive families, for a special day of activities. This is a link where you can find out more about them if you would like to http://www.baaf.org.uk/ourwork/activitydays The criteria we have for a venue is as follows:- We need sole use on the day the event is held and for the venue not to be open to the public. Both indoor and outdoor areas. Smaller rooms and larger spaces if possible. Kitchen/other area to provide snacks and refreshments during the day. Catering – buffet style (we can arrange this if necessary with outside catering). Child centred Parking (if possible) Numbers vary but we work on the basis of up to 200 people attending until they are confirmed. Our preference is to use outdoor spaces when they are available, and we ask everyone to dress for the weather, but we do need to be able to accommodate everyone indoors in case of poor weather conditions. I can see from your website that most of the above are available and wondered if we could discuss further regarding the possibility of either of those two dates?
