| Nature of Enquiry | Currently sat in the fuzzy heads at the sun pub in wakefield, dissopinted to say the least after having a fantastic visit to the one on the great north road last week, pub was great great food lovely staff, but unfourtunatly when visiting the play area after i was charged £3 for 1 child which is diffrent to the £1.50 advertised and begrudged paying for the half an hour we wanted after spending over £40 on food and drinks in the pub, plus i was being served by a very scruffy unproffsional rude young girl who had been chiling at a table and chairs playing on her ipad and failed to even notice we were waiting to come in. The tables wer messy and over due a wipe afta been here 20 minuites anotjer young girl came in in uniform which makes me even wonder if the girl who served me was even staff and if not surley that means she wont have even been crb checked to be in this enviroment, than just as we were about to leave another lady came in and was charged £4 for 2 childre. Leaving disopointed and angerd by the girls rudeness. |
