Request for a Raffle Prize
To whom it may concern
I am writing to you on behalf of my daughter Jasmin.on the 28th December 2012 Jasmin was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the young age of 8. Since then jasmin is now 1 of 3 children alone in her school with this condition. She has to inject insulin at least 4 times a day along with regularly testing her blood. Jasmin along with the help of many others is trying to raise money for diabetes uk by holding a Chinese action which takes place on 1st October. This will consist of an evening of fun for the whole family. Previous events have always proved very popular.
Money raised at the event will be sent to diabetes uk to help people with diabetes keep getting the information, advice and support they need and that scientists can keep finding new ways to treat diabetes, prevent it and one day cure it.
We were hoping that you might be willing to supply us with a suitable prize for our raffle. Vouchers go really well but Any suitable product you could donate to us would be much appreciated.
