| Nature of Enquiry | Dear Sirs,
I recently telephoned you regarding the possibility of booking a Children's Christmas Party at our Hall.
We are looking to provide food and entertainment, most likely a discotheque and karaoke, for between 30-50 children up to 9 years of age for approximately 2 and a half hours on a Saturday afternoon in December 2009.
I would be grateful if you let me know what a disco and karaoke would include and also costs of the same. (I would also be grateful if you have a brochure or leaflet I can take to the next Committee meeting for their perusal.)
Our next meeting is in September and I will be able to contact you again after this.
