The Suffolk Owl Sanctuary at Stonham Barns is the centre for many conservation & rehabilitation activities benefitting owls and other birds of prey. These include running the Raptor Hospital for the treatment of injured wild birds of prey and the maintenance of rehabilitation & creche aviaries used by recuperating birds before their release back to the wild. The Sanctuary also houses an information centre; is the headquarters for the East Anglian Nest Box Scheme and from where we deal with postal & e-mail enquiries about the care & conservation of wild raptors. The Sanctuary houses a variety of owl & other bird of prey species and is open daily. There is full disability access to all parts of the Sanctuary.
