The Alabaster Jar Paint Your Own Pottery

The Alabaster Jar is an independently run paint your own pottery studio in Chorley, Lancashire.

We provide a large selection of pottery blanks for you to choose from; suitable for all ages from babies and toddlers, up to teens and adults.

When you’ve chosen an item, whether an animal figurine or a piece of tableware, our friendly staff will be happy to advise you how best to paint it in order to get the finished look you’re after.

Admission:

Prices range from 50p to £60 depending on what you choose to paint.

We don’t charge any additional fees.

Opening Times: 

We are open 6 days a week, whatever the weather. There’s no need to book so just call in. However we do recommend that groups of 6+ ring ahead to make sure we have room to seat you all together.

Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5:30pm

Sunday 11am to 4pm
