Your Visit
You should allow between a couple of hours to half a day for your visit, although there is no time limit and much to gain by spending more time observing these fascinating animals.

Animal Enclosures
All our animals live in settings that reflect their natural environment. Much of the area is outdoors, although there are plenty of undercover areas such as The Barn, The Hedgerow and our observation Badger Sett. There is much to see at any time of the year and most animals can be seen whatever the weather.

Keeper Talks
We have keeper talks every half an hour to give you a further opportunity to learn about the animals, so whenever you visit there is sure to be something to see. See current Keeper Talks times.

Photography
There are plenty of opportunities for photography, from simple snaps to that perfect shot of interesting animal behaviour. If you're keen, try one of our Photographic Days as well.

Visitor Centre
This is the start of your visit and a convenient place to escape to if the weather takes a turn for the worse. It also houses our Gift Shop and Coffee Shop.

Gift Shop
Our gift shop can provide a memento of your visit, or gifts for friends and family. We have a range of wildlife related items to suit all budgets.

Coffee Shop
We serve hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and confectionery to keep you going.

Picnic Area
You can bring your own lunch, have a snack or simply take a break in our outdoor picnic area.
