The Colour Cauldron Pottery Studio

The Colour Cauldron Pottery Studio is a spacious studio, located in the picturesque shopping village of Smithbrook Kilns, Cranleigh, Surrey, on the Surrey/Sussex border.

Families can enjoy doing something creative together, as pottery painting is for all ages and abilities.

The children will enjoy choosing from the range of ceramics and deciding what colours to paint them. The parents and grandparents may enjoy painting a mug, bowl or plate that they can use at home. The whole family will have a lovely time, sitting together, painting and chatting.

The finished ceramics are left at the studio for glazing and firing and will be ready to collect a few days later.

Baby foot and handprints can be done on plates, mugs and bowls, making ideal gifts for friends and family. Help and inspiration are available!

The Colour Cauldron is also the ideal venue for a child’s birthday party and party food is available, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Painting is a good way to focus the mind and imagination, and also can have a calming effect on our bodies, helping us to relax and appreciate sharing an activity with our families and friends. Art bridges age gaps and helps us to express ourselves to others, encouraging communication and understanding. A wonderful way for a family to spend time together!

Admission:

£5 Studio fee per painter.

Ceramics prices vary, average price £10.

Studio fees are 3 for the price of 2.
