The Vulcan Experience

The Vulcan Experience gives you a chance to get up close to a plan that was one of 3 RAF V Bombers, designed to carry one of Britain’s first atomic bombs to Russia if there was a Soviet nuclear attack!

This is just part of the fascinating history of the Vulcan XH558, the oldest complete Vulcan in the whole world and the last to leave RAF service.

Learn about the £7 million restoration of this plane that enabled it to fly again, 14 years after its last flight.
