Excellent amenities for a great family day out for all ages. The Wat Tyler Centre and Green Centre offer bright, inviting and flexible spaces to hire for business or pleasure - whatever your event. Both centres boast low carbon credentials. The woodchip boilers use home-grown fuel. Rainwater harvesting from the roof is used to flush the toilets and the passive ventilation system saves electricity, and there's lots of natural daylight. Wat Tyler Country Park is just outside Pitsea town centre 2 miles east of Basildon and 10 miles from the M25. Admission: No admission fee. Local parking may charge.
