Seniors ( Novice to Black belts ) AGE 14 YEARS PLUS 9 pm TIL 10pm
Classes are designed to develop discipline and self-control, our Junior Classes are the perfect environment in which your children can learn about responsibility and increase their self-confidence.
Our junior classes cater for children aged 5 to 15 and provide vital skills that will help in all areas of modern life.
